Meal Prep
Most of the time I cook fresh food, but some of my recipes lend themselves well to meal prep.
Instead of big batches of one single meal that can be eaten in one sitting, I like using the lego technique: When I cook something for meal prep, I break it down into smaller 250g portions that I can freeze individually - Those bricks can then be combined afterwards to make a meal.
- Fried Rice and Peanut Tofu work together well. Can be supplemented with cucumbers, chickpeas and pomegranate seeds.
