# Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

One of my favourite early morning smoothies, if you just want to throw something cold and nutritious together very fast.

## Ingredients

- <Ingredient client:load amount="175 ml">whole milk</Ingredient>
- <Ingredient client:load amount="1">medium banana, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices, and frozen</Ingredient>
- <Ingredient client:load amount="2 tbsp">natural peanut butter</Ingredient>
- <Ingredient client:load amount="0.25 tsp">Diamond Crystal kosher salt</Ingredient><Sidenote>For table salt, use half as much by volume.</Sidenote>

## Instructions

1. Combine milk, frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and salt in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
