Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

One of my favourite early morning smoothies, if you just want to throw something cold and nutritious together very fast.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 175 ml whole milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices, and frozen
  • 2 tb natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
