Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
One of my favourite early morning smoothies, if you just want to throw something cold and nutritious together very fast.

Ingredients

175 ml whole milk -
1 medium banana, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices, and frozen -
2 tb natural peanut butter -
1 tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine milk, frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
